Please accept our sincere thanks in reference to the kitchen remodeling project at our new home. The project was managed in a most professional manner. We are extremely satisfied with the results and grateful to both of you for your involvement. The project was completed within the budget parameters that Jack and I had established, and best of all, there were no unpleasant surprises.

As you are aware, this is a second home for Jack and me, thus routine visits to check on the progress of any renovation activities would have been difficult. To further complicate things, a recent accident left me with a broken ankle, making travel for me to be involved with this project out of the question. Due to the fact that I was unable to oversee the project, Ginny went above and beyond the call of duty to keep me well informed and perform extra duties to keep the project moving.

Jack and I are extremely pleased with your management of our renovation project. Materials were ordered and arrived as planned. Subcontractors (plumbing, gas and electric) were available at the times required. The quality of workmanship appears excellent. The photographs you provided helped keep us “in the loop” regarding progress of the project. Finally, the fact that you took the initiative to contact me when you had questions or choices had to be made, was greatly appreciated.

Both Jack and I would recommend your firm to anyone as we are extremely satisfied with the results. We look forward to doing business with you for future renovation projects on our home.
