We cannot say enough good things about how everything transpired. We shopped around before visiting you and was immediately impressed by your professionalism. There was never any pressure. During the summer months, while we worked out plans long distance, you were so patient with my many changes. When the final decision was made and the work started, we continued to be very happy.Your crew was outstanding. They are true craftsmen who take great pride in their work. The down time without a kitchen was minimal and less than you projected. I loved the way the crew cleaned up everything so we had no real mess to deal with at any time. Some small issues that did arise, were immediately addressed and resolved quickly.
The finished product turned out beautiful, in our eyes, but your professional eye saw things that you were not totally happy with and you had them corrected. That really impressed us. We are enjoying our kitchen, the beautiful cabinets, sink, granite counter top and the portable cabinet you designed to match...we love it all and get many compliments. We are so pleased that we took your recommendation and had new cabinets installed rather than covering the old ones. Thanks so much for your guidance. Best of all we came in a little below budget!!! That made my husband very happy.
We plan to have our bathrooms renovated shortly and we look forward to working with you again on this project...if possible.
